今天又对自己有点安慰了。今晚去珠海,估计未来三天都不会做的啦。

好好享受生活。多多结识朋友。

不知道那都是什么样的人呢?

CNN's Eunice Yoon explains how China is trying to keep red hot property prices in check.

China has been conducting stress texts for its banks. The China Banking Regulatory(管理的) Trade Commission(中国银行业监督管理委员会) has assets lenders(出借人,贷方) to see how their books would fail if housing prices dropped by as much as 30%. The government says it’s not changing its policies despite these texts. In fact, the bank regulator(调整者) said that the pressure texts are used all the time to manage risks and reiterated(重申) that its outlook for the real estate(房地产) market has not changed. The government is trying to reassure investors who have been spooked(吓唬) by reports that the stress texts will assume(呈现) in housing price declines in some cities by as much as 60%. Shares of banks and property developers fell on those reports. Industrial metal prices were also shaking on fears the stress texts could expand to include credit risks related to construction material, like steel. China has been trying to rein(驾驭,控制) in soaring property prices. The bank regulator said that it’s instructing the banks to stop the extending mortgages(抵押贷款) to people buying their third homes and it will continue to use credit curbs(约束) to discourage speculation(投机买卖).---CNN in HK.
